Managing Partner, Hoffmann & Baron, LLP Guests On Law Growth Show

Daniel A. Scola, Jr., Managing Partner, Hoffmann & Baron, LLP, was recently featured on ‘Profit with Law Podcast.’

In a wide-ranging conversation with Host Moshe Amsel, Scola discussed the process of expanding his team and the strategy behind recruiting new employees. He stated, “Once you get to a point where you no longer have any time to yourself, there comes a point where you say…I need to hire someone and invest in training. For a while, I had more employee ability than I had client ability. I always knew I would get enough clients to fill them up.”

Additionally, Scola outlined his approach to managing financial pressures during the firm’s early growth phase. Scola said, “When I started to acquire clients, it was with people I already had relationships with. Once we had had three or four fairly large clients, we were able to move forward with growing the firm.”
