Hoffmann & Baron, LLP is proud to announce that Alexandria P. Stiteler, who serves as Chair of the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association’s (NJIPLA) Mentorship Program, participated as a panelist in “Seton Hall + NJIPLA Careers in IP,” an event hosted by Seton Hall University School of Law on January 27, 2026.
The panel brought together distinguished individuals in the intellectual property field to provide guidance and insight to law students and early-career attorneys navigating careers in IP. Ms. Stiteler was joined by Hon. Rukhsanah L. Singh, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, and Ashley N. Mays-Williams, Partner at Paul Hastings.
During the discussion, panelists addressed a range of topics, including practical advice for new attorneys entering the profession, recent advancements shaping the intellectual property landscape, and where the IP field is headed in the coming years.
“Programs like this are critical to helping future attorneys understand not only what the IP field looks like today, but how they can position themselves for long-term success,” said Ms. Stiteler. “It was an honor to participate alongside such accomplished colleagues and to engage with students who are eager to shape the future of intellectual property law.”
