Scola explained how he builds a relationship from the ground up, “It’s important to find out what people’s needs are and not try to sell. If I’m interested in them, they usually become interested in me. Find out about them, their family, their interests, their passions, etc. A lot of the time you’ll find enough commonality that they become not just a contact, but a friend.”
